Real
Estate Transactions’ Impact on Corporate Financial
Statements
(Abridged
EDP MCR Seminar)
Introduction
to the MCR Programme!
First-ever
CoRE Curriculum event conducted outside the US!
Todd P. Anderson, MCR, SLCR,
CAS
Senior Managing
Director, CB Richard Ellis, Los Angeles
Financial
statements summarising the present financial condition of a
business are the indisputable starting point for management and
investment decisions. Bridging real estate transactions with
corporate financial statements, this course will illustrate the
importance of understanding the CFO view of corporate real estate
within the framework of financial reporting. You will learn how
senior management, financial institutions, investors and
shareholders use financial statements and how real estate
transactions impact financial performance measures.
Participate
in the first-ever
CoRE Curriculum event
conducted outside the US! It has come to the Australia/New
Zealand Region first. CoRE Curriculum is a directory of
global presentations rated by delegates at 6.0 or higher on the
standard CoreNet 7-point scale. Between 23-30 May the event
will be presented separately by Todd to each of the four Chapters
in the Region.
Ever
wondered what the
Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR)
Program was all about? This globally-acclaimed programme began in
the US in 1982, and last year celebrated its 25th anniversary.
Delegates complete five 2-day and one 3-day intensive face-to-face
Seminars (typically over three years) to achieve the MCR
designation.
This
four-hour CoRE Curriculum abridged presentation of a 2-day MCR
Seminar will give you a rapid insight into the MCR Programme, and
presents the perfect opportunity to help you decide whether to
subsequently attend a full 2-day Seminar. Particularly when
you consider that the price for a member non-candidate/ non-member
non-candidate for an MCR Seminar is $935 and $1,170 respectively;
and that for this event the registration fee is free for members,
and only $88 for non-members!
