Understanding Major Trends in the Office Occupiers Market! 

Colliers International recently commissioned an independent market research firm to conduct its second Australian Office Tenant survey.  270 office tenants across the country were interviewed.

The primary purpose of the survey is to assist office building tenants in understanding major trends in the office occupiers' market and the expectations of the occupiers of their buildings over the next three to five years.

Some early insights from the 2008 survey show that organisations in Australia have significantly changed their attitudes towards workplace selection and design since 2005.
Compared to previous survey's results, a higher percentage of tenants indicated they had relocated in the past two years or were planning to relocate in the next three years -  more tenants are thinking about moving today.
