Liam founded RPO Group in 2005 in an international alliance with
Capital Consulting, a UK-based pioneer in Recruitment Process
Outsourcing with operations throughout Europe and Asia named in HRO
Today’s Bakers Dozen of global RPO providers.
Under Liam’s leadership, RPO Group has 4 outsourced recruitment
departments operating inside Australian corporates to compliment
the 26 such arrangements that the alliance has globally. Our
clients range from Fortune 500 companies, international
professional service firms, to ambitious and fast growing
medium-sized enterprises.
Prior to this, Liam grew GOW Recruitment from inception to 60
professional staff across Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore and $30
million in annual fees before selling in 2005. Working
exclusively with Blue-Chip Banking and Financial Services firms,
GOW is recognised as the leader in Banking recruitment in the
region.
As a founding employee of Robert Walters PLC in Australia, Liam
contributed to the growth of the Australian business in his time
from 10 staff to more than 100, and establishing the strong Banking
specialist division that was the company’s strength.
As both a business leader and an HR and recruitment specialist,
Liam is a recognized thought leader in how to derive hard dollar
benefits and enhanced corporate reputation by aligning
metric-driven recruitment and retention activity to business
objectives.
