CoreNet Global
Amanda Brooks
joined CoreNet Global in August 2005 as Director, Summit Education
Programs. In this role she is responsible for selecting and
developing the education programme content for the five annual
CoreNet Global Summits in each of four regions: North
America, Europe, Asia and Australia/New Zealand.
Prior to
joining CoreNet Global, Amanda spent 12 years with Equity One
(f/k/a IRT Property Company), a Real Estate Investment Trust.
Over the years she worked in several different capacities,
including those of lease administrator, leasing paralegal (drafting
and negotiating), and acquisitions due diligence and dispositions
coordinator. After completing her graduate degree she then
took on the responsibility for the financial underwriting of all of
the company’s property acquisitions.
Amanda holds
a B.A. from Catawba College, and a Master of Science in Real Estate
from Georgia State University. She lives and works in
her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia, USA. |
