Bill has
diverse experience in the Australian property industry and his
advice is highly sought after by many of Australia’s leading
institutions in both the public and private sectors. He is
regarded as a lateral thinker with strong analysis and
investigation skills.
Bill’s
expertise includes:
- Preparing
strategic business plans and corporate property
strategies
- Implementing
workout plans for distressed property assets
- Undertaking
project feasibility studies and viability reviews
- Negotiating
debt and equity agreements for real estate development and
investment projects
- Valuation of
all classes of property in Australia
At present,
Bill is involved with a number of clients across a wide range of
industries including Banyule City Council, where he is the lead
advisor to the Council on the development of the Town Centre of
Greensborough with an approximate project value of
$200m.
Another of
Bill’s current clients is Electrolux Home Products Pty Ltd for whom
he is the lead advisor in developing their property strategy for
Australia and the relocation of their Australian
Headquarters.
Bill is a
Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and a Graduate of Real
Estate Valuation and Property Management with RMIT. |
