and education. She has led the strategic design and development of
over 50 projects within the public, private and not-for-profit
sectors.
She is

Samantha
gained valuable experience in workspace strategy and change while
working as a senior strategic consultant at DEGW, a boutique
international research and design firm. During this period she
collaborated with colleagues on leading edge workplace change
projects in the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
While working
as an organisational change consultant at Global Learning, a
pioneering Australian organisational learning firm, Samantha
directed the design and implementation of an organisational
transformation program for the NSW Department of Planning. The
program, Project Our Future, aligned six core organisational
streams to enable the workforce to achieve a new strategic
agenda.
As either an

organisational stakeholders to aligning workspace, cultural and
information management changes so that organisation’s can adopt
innovative solutions to new ways of working. This requires
the application of interpersonal and analytical skills to mediate,
facilitate and communicate within an organisation’s diverse and
complex social demography. |
