Moderator Profile - Preeti Bajaj

Preeti Bajaj is a highly credentialed Real Estate technology professional.  She has worked with several private and public sector organisations in Australia and overseas where she has been a pioneer in implementing the latest generation of Real Estate Management Information Systems.

Financially and technically astute, Preeti qualified for an MBA in 2000 and forged an early career as a successful Business Analyst.   She has worked with high profile listed trusts and other property clients, where she foresaw and embraced the potential of IT in Commercial Real Estate.

Preeti joined Brookfield Multiplex Services as its Manager Business Solutions in 2007 and is currently working on several major CRE and FM outsourcing arrangements with a focus on the customisation of the overall MIS solution.  These include the NSW Attorney General’s Department and the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance.

Immediately prior to this, as the Australian Managing Director of Vision Software, Preeti successfully established this highly innovative New Zealand technology company in Australia.  Her previous work history includes senior business development roles in organisations such as Intuit Real Estate Solutions and Adept Business Systems.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics and Political Science, from the University of New Delhi, Preeti moved to Australia and earned an MBA from Swinburne University in Melbourne, majoring in finance. There she received the “Outstanding Performance Award” in the field of Corporate Finance.

Technology is so often the driver of change for an organisation and, indeed, an industry. Preeti’s career demonstrates this: she has worked on numerous strategic projects driving, with singular passion, behavioural change through the use of integrated technology.

Preeti is an active member of the CoreNet and is a member of the NSW Chapter Committee as well as the Regional Program Committee for the Summit for Australia and New Zealand.  She is also an active member of FMA and its Women in FM group.
