Preeti Bajaj
is a highly credentialed Real Estate technology professional.
She has worked with several private and public sector organisations
in Australia and overseas where she has been a pioneer in
implementing the latest generation of Real Estate Management
Information Systems.
Financially
and technically astute, Preeti qualified for an MBA in 2000 and
forged an early career as a successful Business Analyst.
She has worked with high profile listed trusts and other
property clients, where she foresaw and embraced the potential of
IT in Commercial Real Estate.
Preeti joined
Brookfield Multiplex Services as its Manager Business Solutions in
2007 and is currently working on several major CRE and FM
outsourcing arrangements with a focus on the customisation of the
overall MIS solution. These include the NSW Attorney
General’s Department and the Victorian Department of Treasury and
Finance.
Immediately
prior to this, as the Australian Managing Director of Vision
Software, Preeti successfully established this highly innovative
New Zealand technology company in Australia. Her previous
work history includes senior business development roles in
organisations such as Intuit Real Estate Solutions and Adept
Business Systems.
After
graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics and
Political Science, from the University of New Delhi, Preeti moved
to Australia and earned an MBA from Swinburne University in
Melbourne, majoring in finance. There she received the “Outstanding
Performance Award” in the field of Corporate
Finance.
Technology is
so often the driver of change for an organisation and, indeed, an
industry. Preeti’s career demonstrates this: she has worked on
numerous strategic projects driving, with singular passion,
behavioural change through the use of integrated
technology.
Preeti is an
active member of the CoreNet and is a member of the NSW Chapter
Committee as well as the Regional Program Committee for the Summit
for Australia and New Zealand. She is also an active member
of FMA and its Women in FM group. |
