Kaye
Herald is the Director, RICS Oceania responsible for the operations
of the organization throughout Australia, New Zealand and the
Pacific Islands. Prior to taking up this position in 2005, Kaye has
worked previously in the Professional Services Industry holding the
role of Chief Executive Officer with,
- Urbis,
(a pre-eminent town planning, property consulting/valuation, urban
design, social planning and research firm),
- Business
Consultants, Pinn Deavin, (a financial advisory, business
consulting, accountancy firm) and
- LGK
Management Consultancy (specializing in business improvement in the
professional services and industrial sector).
Prior to
making the move to professional services some ten plus years ago,
Kaye held various senior roles within the transport and logistics
sector including national and state general management roles with
TNT Australia. TNT Logistics, TNT Airfreight and Linfox.
During
her career she has been nominated for the Bulletin Business Woman
of the Year, awarded the Chief Executive Women’s Scholarship for
Macquarie University Advanced Management Program, was a national
finalist in International Women’s Federation of Industry &
Commerce Business Woman of the Year and has helped judge the
Telstra Small Business Awards.
After
completing the Macquarie Advanced Management Program Kaye went on
to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, and Master of Arts
in Business from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and has
completed the Senior Management Development Program with Australian
Graduate School of Management. |
