Your submission
must include the following. Incomplete submissions
will be reviewed only after complete submissions, and subject to
the quantity of submissions received, may not be reviewed at
all.
- Your suggested
education workshop title.
- All speaker names
and relevant contact information (title, telephone, email address
for each speaker).
- Case study
information (motivation, innovation, implementation and results)
for each case study you are proposing within your
submission.
- All nominations
from Service Providers or Economic Developers must include one or
more End-User client representatives as speakers in the
session.
Key
Elements for Cases
Case Study
submissions should present innovative Corporate Real Estate
initiatives, processes and models that demonstrate the theme or
topic of the program. For each case submission please include all
information described below.

Motivation
The compelling strategic reason for the initiative or the problem
that was solved.
B. Innovation
- Description of
the innovation – what was different?
- Alignment with
corporate and or business unit objectives
- Alternative
approaches considered
- Description of
your selected approach
C.
Implementation
- Description of
how the initiative was "sold" internally
- Barriers to
success
- Brief description
of the action plan
- Resources
(service providers) and skill sets required for initiative, models,
tools or techniques used to deliver and/or measure the
results
D.
Results
What did you do to validate performance and success? Describe the
results and measurements, lessons learned or guidelines for
others.
