Does your
workplace design keep you ahead of the game? International
organisations face the challenge of blending corporate and local
culture and in balancing these to achieve innovations that will
attract and retain staff in highly competitive markets. The design
of the workplace can play an integral role in asserting a clear
corporate identity, enhancing product appeal and attracting
staff.
Electrolux's drive to obtain
improved market share in the premium range and a superior brand
position lead to a complete reinvention of the workplace, client
space and logistics. An international corporate focus on imbuing
the space with the Electrolux corporate culture was achieved.
The new headquarters in Mascot was occupied in December 2007 and in
this session the results of a detailed post-occupancy survey will
be unveiled for the first time.
