Australian
public service departments face a crisis; up to 40% of their
workforce is due to retire in the next 5-10 years. New and
innovative workplace solutions are critical to retaining the
existing workforce, enticing new talent into the organisation and
leveraging increased productivity.
The South
Australian Government has taken on this challenge by
implementing progressive new workplaces and working with existing
Government Workplace Standards to achieve successful results. This
thought-provoking session will show how reduced running costs and
higher productivity can create and maintain a productive and
efficient public sector workplace.
