It has never
been harder to attract and retain staff. With the Australian
unemployment rate at 4.2%, its lowest for a generation, 42% of
CEO’s in Australia and New Zealand believe that the attraction and
retention of employees is the most important factor facing their
business. DEGW has conducted exploratory research, involving 1500
participants, into the demographic changes and their impact on the
modern workplace. The results are surprising. Research
findings from phase one highlight the way the modern workplace
needs to evolve.
New results
will be presented from the second phase of the research examining
the critical relationship between the design of the workplace and
how to attract and retain multi-generational talent. Explore the
ways the workplace can act as a tool to enhance effectiveness and
performance within your organisation.
